Preparation

• Recommended Preparation for Tube Feeding

  • Place 1 oz (30 mL) Liquid ProMod in a clean 4- to 6-oz container
  • Add 1-2 oz (30-60 mL) water
  • Mix well with disposable spoon or tongue blade
  • Flush feeding tube with 1 oz (30 mL) water
  • Administer Liquid ProMod with 2 oz (60 mL) or larger syringe
  • Flush with additional 1 oz (30 mL) water
  • Should not be mixed with a tube-feeding formula due to curdling
