ELECARE JR is a nutritionally complete amino acid-based medical food for ages 1 and older who cannot tolerate intact or hydrolyzed protein. Instructions for Use:

 

Your child's health depends on carefully following these directions. Ask your child's doctor if you need to use cooled, boiled water for formula preparation. Depending on the child's specific needs, preparation will vary as prescribed by physician. Follow physician's instructions carefully.

  • Wash your hands, surfaces and utensils.
  • Pour desired amount of water into clean container (see Mixing Guide).
  • Add powder; return dry scoop to can.
  • Cap container; shake well.
  • Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

Unflavored & Vanilla: Dilution of 30 Cal/fl oz (Scoop yields 9.1 grams powder)

Measure water + Add scoop(s) of unpacked level powder using enclosed scoop

5 fl oz + 4 scoops (36.4 g)

7.5 fl oz + 6 scoops (54.6 g)

For most accurate results, EleCare Jr should be weighed on a scale that reads in grams.

  • Once mixed, store container of prepared formula in refrigerator and feed to child within 24 hours.
